Here are the website links to the EV parts I have purchased. A lot came from ebay – so I have tried to include the search to find them.
MOTOR:
- D&D Motor #ES-15-6 40HP peak – (exact motor might not be in the list)
CONTROLLER:
- Alltrax AXE 7245 – 48-72 Volt 450 amp controller
- USB to Serial cable for programming controler
CONTACTOR:
- Kilovac EV200 Series Contactor
PRE-CHARGE RESISTOR & DIODE:
- 3 Amp Diode
- 1000 Ohm 10W Resistor
CABLE & LUGS:
- 50 foot 2/0 Welding Cable – purchased black (plan on painting safety orange)
- 20 – 2/0 AWG Cable Lugs 5/16″ hole
BATTERY CHARGE MONITOR:
- Old Stock 48 Volt Golf Cart Needle Meter (item might not be in list)
BATTERY CHARGER:
- Minn Kota 440 4-Bank Charger – 3-stage with temp monitor.
BATTERIES:
Not yet purchased. Looking at Discover-Energy Group 31 AGM batteries.
